As is known, Alibaba, a commercial trading platform, is most famous in China. It is also alled the e-commerce platform. It was created by Ma Yun with a kind of team spirit and consciousness. Work team is a spirit of resource sharing and collaborative cooperation that emerges in order to achieve a given goal. It can take advantages of all the resources and talents of team members. By cooperation and discussion, it can also solve the disagreement and injustice among team members, and award the outstanding performance timely at the same time, hence creating a strong and lasting force.    Alibaba Group is a cohesive one, which may be small in size at the beginning, but all members of this group share common goals, aspirations, and dreams, which really indicates a good management culture in the company. Distinction Between work group and work team
Although it may seem similar for some people, there are some distinctions.

Work group means members in the group just regard sharing information as a goal while members of work team think it should be collective performance. Importance
Work team helps to stimulate the members' sense of innovation. In Alibaba team, members have their own unique ideas and perspectives. When these ideas collide, they may create wonderful sparks. For examples from Alibaba, an adviser can encourage the search for more information; a boss can lead the right directions; a controller can monitor processes and correct them when needed. Another Alibaba team member is the assessor, offer insightful analysis of options, and a promoter can champion ideas after they are initiated. Of course, some other roles like organizer, maintainer and creator should also be paid attention to.

Except the main roles, other factors are needed as well. First of all, competition. Without comperition, the company of Alibaba is not long to survive. Similarly, a team that is not competitive cannot be a strong team. Natural selection, survival of the fittest, such a natural law, is a must for excellent members.
