The Issue of Baltimore

随着全球化和社会的发展，对大多数人来说发生在巴尔的摩的内乱是一直关注的话题。本文将首先讨论巴尔的摩的内乱现象。在此之后，会讨论为什么内乱是全球性问题中的一部分。最后，找出如何应对全球化的进展这一问题。

With the development of globalization and society the civil unrest which happened in Baltimore has been a focus for most people. This essay will firstly discuss phenomenon in the civil unrest in Baltimore. Following this, it will discuss why the civil unrest is a part of global issue. Finally, it will figure out how to deal with this problem in the progress of globalization.

In 27, April, 2015 the mayor of the Baltimore announced it that this city has been it a state of emergency. The reason is that a young black man was killed by the white police, then the riot comes to this city and this accident had last for a long time. In this case, the risk has been brewed for long. In the funeral of the Furgurson the black man come to the street to fight against the violent law-enforcement in America. The black man think the police in America is the threaten to their life instead of a protection for them after a serious accidents. 

In the progress of globalization, the culture is one of the key factors. First of all, the black is one big part in American. It is a question if the American cannot deal with the interior problem. The soft power including the cultural, social, intellectual, and ideology ideas, values, attitudes, and behaviors that influence human life (Crothers, 2012). The country cannot protect its people then what can it do in globalization. Furthermore, in the background of the globalization, the culture conflict is an important aspect. The culture globalization is one significant sign. Different culture will blend in the trend of the globalization. But the civil unrest will block this course. The discrimination is obvious evidence in American culture. The boundaries of cultural in the modern world came into horrific view after the terror attacks of September 11, 2001 (Crothers, 2012). The racial problem has perplexed the United States. It is a drawback in the American globalization.

In conclusion, the political should be retrained and reeducated in the future. Those critics concerned with the concept of culture homogenization agree that American popular culture may well dominate the world (Crothers, 2012). And they better to give more opportunity to the poor areas in America. So the social problem and discrimination can be removed in the future. The world will have a better impression on America. It is a good measure to promote the globalization of America. In addition, the civil unrest has negative influence on the local development. When it be removed, the country can also have a better economic environment.
